Submit Your Application
Express your interest in renting a moped or scooter by completing our convenient online application form.
We Reach Out to You
Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll promptly review it and get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.
Application Review and Discussion
We’ll engage in a conversation to go over your application. Before scheduling the delivery, we’ll email you to set up the Direct Debit for your rental payments. Upon bike delivery, you’ll electronically sign a copy of our terms and conditions, with a digital copy sent to you for your records. No need for paper.
Delivery or Collection Options
If you possess a CBT, choose between convenient delivery or personally collect the bike from us. If you’re yet to obtain your CBT, we can arrange the setup once you successfully complete the certification.

Delivery and Pickup
For an additional fee, we offer bike delivery services to locations across London and select cities. Alternatively, you can opt for pickup at the specified location.
